Like most companies we’re grateful for your custom. We know there are a lot of demands on your time and of course your hard earned cash but unlike most companies we give back to those who are less fortunate. Placing an order with us gives you the opportunity to do the right thing for the planet and for those who are less fortunate.
The Order Process
We have a four step order process which you need to understand. The minimum order is two SolarBack sun loungers. We’ll provide an order reference which must be quoted with each communication.
Step 01
Confirmation and Deposit
Once you’ve confirmed the specification of your SolarBack sun loungers and your delivery location we’ll confirm the cost and ask for a deposit. The deposit covers the cost of materials and components for your order. Once we’ve received your deposit we’ll order the materials and components. Note – the deposit is non-refundable.
Step 02
Fabrication and Build
We’ll fabricate and build your SolarBack’s chassis. At this stage there is some testing involved to ensure they work correctly. Then we dismantle the electrical components. When this is done we’ll ask for your step two payment. This is refundable should you wish to cancel your order but not your deposit.
Step 03
Finishing and Testing
At this step we’ll confirm any customisations you’ve requested and finish (paint) the chassis. We use a UV resistant finish that resists fading in UV environments. An important characteristic when your SolarBack will spend much of its time outdoors. Once the finishing process is complete we’ll reassemble the electrical components and test that your SolarBacks operate correctly. When this is done we’ll ask for your step three payment. All your payments are refundable should you wish to cancel your order but not your deposit.
Step 04
Packaging and Shipping
The final step. We’ll confirm the delivery location of your order and your preferred shipping agent before carefully packaging in preparation for shipment. We’ll also ask for your final payment at this point but won’t dispatch your order until we’ve received your final payment. If you decide to cancel at this stage we’ll refund your payments except your deposit.
Cancellations
You can cancel at any time but your deposit is not refundable.
Of course we’re heartbroken that you’ve decided to cancel but respect your decision to do so.
